It takes a little more time to cook this recipe but it’s one of the easiest recipe to make. You only need a few ingredients, a skillet and you’re good to go.
2 tablespoons butter 3 large sweet onions, sliced 1/4 salt Method:
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Stir in onions to coat with butter. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Sprinkle salt over onions. Cook 35-40 minutes longer, stirring well every 5 minutes, until onions are deep golden brown (onions will shrink during cooking) Note:
If you can’t find sweet onions, use yellow onions and add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Cheers,
